Freddie Burden has said for a while now that Georgia Tech was his clear favorite. On his official visit this weekend Paul Johnson gave him the offer he was waiting for and Freddie did what he said he would do and committed on the spot to become a Yellow Jacket

Freddie Burden, a 6'3", 300 pound lineman out of Statesboro, had his dreams come true this weekend. He had been waiting on an offer from the Jackets and received the offer he was waiting for from the Jackets' staff. Freddie is the 15th commitment and also likely closes out out the offense lineman class for this year. GoJackets.com will speak to Freddie about his commitment and we'll have that interview for you later today.
