Jeremi Hall arrived late for practice but still had time to watch and talk with a few of the coaches. "It was great and I had a chance to talk with Coach (Mike) Sewak and Coach Buzz (Preston). Hall was invited to return so that he would have a chance to watch an entire practice.
"Shamire DeVine and I are coming back this coming Wednesday to watch the practice." Hall and Devine are still hoping to attend the same school. "We both like Georgia Tech and Georgia."
Hall has also been taking a look at Vanderbilt. "I like the fact it is a private school and still has good academics. Hall related that Shamire isn't sold on them which would keep them from playing together. "We are still working to make it happen if we can."
Following his trip to Tech, Hall attended the MVP Camp on Sunday. Devine beat out Hall for the best lineman at the camp and both were given the showcase award. "Next time I will get him and get even for him beating me out for the best lineman (laughing). Hall described the camp as tough but he was glad to be able to get in the hard work that was involved with the camp.
The Tri-Cities bookends will get a better look at practice when they return to the Georgia Tech campus this Wednesday. Both recruits have Tech on their favorites list and it remains to be seen whether or not they will eventually choose the same school.
Tri-Cities HS (GA) offensive lineman. Jeremi Hall had a busy weekend. Saturday he made the short trip to the Georgia Tech campus to watch them practice and Sunday he was in McDonough for the MVP Camp.
Jeremi Hall and Shamire Devine have a few schools on their short lists but no clear winner yet.
