Javaris Crittenton - His SACA squad start region 5A tourney play on Feb. 6th.

Brad Sheehan - Brad had 19 pts in a 59-55 win over Shenendhowa earlier in the week. Shaker has its last regular season game against Saratoga Springs Friday night. Win and then win the regular season Suburban Council.

Zach Peacock- His Norland squad has been playing in the GMAC (County Tournament) this week. Zach had 19 pts and 7 rbs in a 73-44 win over Booker T. Washington. In the quarterfinals Norland beat Columbus 50-45 behind 12 pts, 9 rbs, and 3 blocks and 3 big late defensive stops by Peacock. In the semis Norland beat Northwestern 59-55 behind 18 pts and 10 rebounds from Zach, including 3 FT's that sealed the victory. #6 Norland faces #1 Krop for the GMAC finals Friday night with the two teams splitting their previous two meetings. Norland and Krop could eventually face each other 5 times this year with the Region and State tournaments still to come.

Gani Lawal - Gani's Norcross team went undefeated and won their region so they have a bye to the region semi-finals next Wednesday. They will take a trip to California this weekend to play LA power Fairfax. Gani had 18 pts and 10 rbs in a 65-51 win over Peachtree Ridge on Wednesday.
