Thaddeus Young scored a game-high 28 points and led his team to victory in the 5th Annual Jordan Classic at Madison Square Garden Saturday night. The 6'9" Young went 12-of-20 from the field and pulled down 13 rebounds en route to an MVP performance for the White team.

Young's double-double was only the 8th in tournament history. He joins an elite list of players that includes Lebron James, Amare Stoudamire, Dwight Howard, Sean May, Kris Humphries, Al Jefferson, Andray Blatche and Linas Kleiza.

The Memphis native highlights a Top 10 Recruiting class for Georgia Tech Head Coach Paul Hewitt that also features 5-star point guard Javaris Crittenton of Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy (the same school that produced NBA superstar Dwight Howard).
