3. Dan Voss was having a monster practice though looking on the bright side. We're seeing that the depth is pretty good but you just can't replace continuity on the OL. Voss will certainly be a player on this team before it's all said and done.

5. By now you're ready for some good news, I'm sure. The cornerbacks looked very good today. Jahi Word-Daniels & Patrick Clark especially stood out. Jahi was being praised by Coach Gailey for his coverage results. Word was playing totally under control, he was covering tight but not over pursuing. He was breaking down well in front of ball carriers and in good positions to make tackles. He was a bright spot today.

16. I saw an unusual sight today. Phillip Wheeler was actually beaten in coverage today. It was a nice medium length pass from Reggie Ball as a part of the big day for Dunlap. That's what I mean by the things he's capable of when he catches the ball.
