Georgia Tech Practice Report - Day 13 (AM)

GoJackets.com was at practice this morning as the Yellow Jackets continued preparations for the 2006 season. Rod Mackenzie was there to witness the action and bring us his observations from the practice field.

Here is a portion of the practice report.

10. Lb's - Tenuta gave Matthew Braman and Sedric Griffin some reps today with the second team to see how they'd perform. Travis Chambers and Taalib Tucker watched from the sideline. This seems to be an indication that they feel that the two of them are ready. Shane Bowen was the third lb with the second team.

11. Demaryius Thomas tried to sneak into practice today with his bad ankle. Coach Geis grabbed him and had him do a few cutting drills. When he saw that he wasn't ready he told him to stand by him during practice.

12. Db's – Avery Roberson worked at safety for Djay while Jahi Word-Daniels got reps with both the first and second teams.
