D'Angelo, any changes since your last update?

"I basically have the same schools I am considering but I have dropped Miami from the picture. I am looking at Illinois, Florida State, South Carolina, Ole Miss, Southern Cal, and Georgia Tech."

Do you have any favorites right now?

"No sir, right now I am looking at each school as I want to go to the school that I feel is the best fit for me."

Does that fit mean playing right away or having good academics?

"I want to feel like I fit in, have some good friends around me and feel real comfortable."

Speaking of friends, which school that you mentioned do you have the most friends going there or committed to them?

"Ole Miss has more of my friends and Georgia Tech has my best friend in Mario Butler. We grew up together and he is the reason I am looking at Georgia Tech right now."

Do you have any official visits set up?

"Right now I have two set up. I have one to Illinois and one to Southern Cal."

How about unofficial visits, any planned anytime soon?

"I plan on going up to Atlanta to see the Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game on the 2nd."

There has been a trend of recruits committing early this year, when do you hope to make your decision?

"I've talked with ESPN about maybe doing something with them about announcing where I will go. If that plan doesn't happen, I'll make my announcement at the All Star game later in the season.

Well, Mr. McCray has narrowed his list down to 6 schools and the one that wins out will have one of the nations best if not the best defensive tackle coming out of high school this year.
