Practice Comments from Johnson & Taylor

Georgia Tech Head Coach Paul Johnson and safety Cooper Taylor comment on the first spring scrimmage. Cooper also talks about some off-season testing in which he put up some pretty gaudy numbers.

“We tested one day - I put up a 4.38 40 – fastest on the team. I put up a 38.5 vertical, which was top on the team. And then I put down a shuttle 4.03, one of the top two.”

“There was positives on both sides of the ball at times. And we did enough wrong on both sides of the ball to get beat 100 times, which is usually the way it works in the first scrimmage.”
